Who we are?

LikeIT is a trusted partner for both – employers, looking for best IT professionals on the job market, and employees interested in finding their next dream job. As an IT recruitment agency LikeIT provides headhunting, soft- and hard- skills’ assessment and onboarding services. As a career counselor LikeIT advises IT professionals about the best employers on the job market, salary levels, needed soft- and hard- competencies and suitable positions. Currently we work in Baltic States (Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia).

I have been in IT recruitment for 5 years already, this experience has given me lots of ideas of what can be improved in connecting employees and employers in IT area. Previous background in sports, psychology, HR consultancy and coaching expands my view on recruitment a lot. I value smart and strategic aproach as well as lightness of processes and a smile every day. I am keen to learn and develop as well as follow the lead of what is needed today and will be engaging people tommorow. Have never studied IT, but recruitment life school made me learn a lot about technology and it is a great empowerment. The best result for me is finding a match, where employee and employer exceed each other's expectations. I often trust my gut feeling, but never forget to back up with numbers and objective observations.

How we work

We work with our client as partners. Knowing our client’s company culture, challenges and goals we aim to find IT specialists and IT managers, who will fit in by their personality, values, goals and technical skills. We are agile – communication and regular feedback help to adapt to changes and improve the process after recruitment has already started. By the way we use Kanban to track our progress.
